The Christmas season is over again upon us. I do not fuss too much this time of 12 months, however right now i have plenty to occupy me, which means i am focusing on comforting meal answers. A crispy staple is welcomed yr spherical, and so I provide up my version of a pancake this is loved around the world. I served these at time for dinner to go with a few leftover green pea soup, however they're ideal for breakfast or for lunch.

ingredients:
- 2 massive potatoes (2 lbs or 900 g)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped or grated
- 1 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- half teaspoon sea salt, or to flavor
- fresh floor black pepper to flavor
- oil for frying

- Peel the potatoes and cover with bloodless water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain and grate the potatoes with a grater or in a meals processor. blend the grated potato with the onion, jalapeño, cayenne, eggs, cornmeal and salt and pepper.
